Founder / Mentor
Tumelo is an artist and animator with experience on feature films like Jock, Adventures in Zambezi and Khumba at triggersfish. As the founder of Canvas Academy, Tumelo has guided over 1000 students, teaching digital art and animation principles to prepare young creatives for the future of art and technology.
Aimee Ayres
Aimee Ayres
Founder / Mentor
Aimee is an illustrator and art director with her own commissions-based business, working on projects from children’s books to short films. With 10 years of mentorship at Canvas Academy, she has taught over 300 students, helping them develop skills for college or launching their art careers through simplified, accessible teaching.
